In our retail stores we offer the possibillity of the product reservation. In case a customer, for certain reasons, is not able to buy a product, he can reserve it fot two days period. If the product is on sale, the reservation last only one day. If a pearson doesn't come on time to take the reserved item, it is brought back to the selling.

"Stefi Komerc" guarantees the substitution of all the products for the customers. It is important to have fiscal account and to do the substitution in 7 days from the purchase day. In this case, our polite staff will do everything to meet your needs, In exchange, you can get the same item but in different colour, size or another model. If the item you take is more expensive, you can pay the price difference or we can pay you back the amount of the price difference. This is possible only if the product was not used and if it has the appropriate tag, declaration, the shoes have to be in their appropriate box and the customer must have the fiscal account.

When a certain product is returned, it is very imortant to have fiscal account, slip if the item is paid by credit card or any other proof that the purchase was in our retail stores. You can talk to a menager in each of our retail stores. He will help you and make an agreement with you about the reclamation. We will answer your reclamation in maximum 15 days from the day of reclamation.

In "Stefi Komerc", except paying in cash, you can also pay with credit cards (Master Card, Maesto, Visa, Dina), by cherque or by administrative ban in three monthly installments.

In "Stefi Komerc" there is a possibility of forwarding products amoung all the retail stores. If a product you are interested in is not in stock of a certain store, our staff will contact other stores and check if there is the same product in their stock. If it is there, it will be delivered in the store you visited.

If there isn't the appropriate model (colour or size) inour retail stores, we offer a possibility of ordering and producing it in our factory. You can ask in any of our stores or come directly to our factory and oredr the colour and model from our current collection. This process can last 5 to 10 days since the day of ordering.
